Once you confirm your order, we will process it promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email or phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

3. When will my order ship?

Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after shipment.
